Wedding Information Sheet


We would like to take this opportunity to confirm your itinerary and event specifics so we are better prepared for your wedding.  Please complete and submit the following questionnaire.  There is quite a bit of information asked for as well as provided, so please be sure to read everything thoroughly.  Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

5: Time to arrive:   (unless doing formals with groom before the ceremony, we arrive 90 minutes before you leave for the ceremony*.  This allows plenty of time for candid group and getting ready shots.  Arriving earlier than 90 minutes is upon special request and consideration.)

Reception Information
Just a quick reminder:  We are proud to offer FREE travel within New England, however all costs associated to garage or valet photographers vehicles will be billed back to client as an invoice item post event.

In general we typically do not do "Table Shots" in which guests of each table are asked to stand together.  Top reasons: People are usually only at their tables when they're trying to eat; It gets in the way of the servers; and it's intrusive for your guests.  If there are particular groups of guests or individuals you want to ensure we get pictures of please notify us during the event to ensure that picture is taken.  We do not guarantee that each guest will be represented in a picture, especially if they are not actively participating on the dance floor.

17:  Your proofs will be mailed via UPS shortly after your wedding.  As the package requires a signature, please indicate where you would like your proofs mailed to.  Please also include a telephone number you can be reached at, should the UPS driver need to contact you.
